RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE RECREATION AREA

1. GENERAL RULES OF THE RECREATION AREA

  • 1.1 These Rules shall be approved by the Director of the Company and, upon approval, shall be published on the Company's official website and displayed on information boards located near the ticket offices of the Recreation Area.
  • 1.2 The Company is a legal entity duly registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and operates on the basis of its Charter.
  • 1.3 The operating hours of the Recreation Area, the administration office, as well as schedules for individual services provided within the Recreation Area shall be communicated to Guests through publication on the Company's official website and information boards located near the ticket offices.
  • 1.4 In its activities, the Company shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Company's Charter, these Rules, and other internal regulations of the Company.
  • 1.5 These Rules constitute a public offer of the Company, namely an offer to enter into an agreement for the use of the Company's services under the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the appendices hereto. The validity period of this public offer is unlimited. Unless otherwise provided herein, the purchase and/or payment for the relevant services shall constitute the Guest's full acceptance of the Company's offer and these Rules. Payment for services may be made in cash at the Recreation Area cashier's desk or by non-cash payment methods. Relations between the Company and the Guest under these Rules shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • 1.6 Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the right to use the services of the Recreation Area is granted to legal entities and legally capable individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Guests," "Visitors," "Clients," or "Tenants"), except for: persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotic substances, or psychotropic substances; persons whose behavior poses a threat to the life or health of others, may cause or causes damage to the property of the Recreation Area, or contradicts generally accepted standards of public conduct.
  • 1.7 Service rates of the Recreation Area (hereinafter referred to as the "Rates") shall be approved by the Director of the Company or another authorized person and communicated to Guests through publication on the Company's official website and information boards located near the ticket offices.
  • 1.8 The Guest hereby consents to the processing of their personal data by the Company. Such consent is provided for the purpose of concluding and performing an agreement based on this public offer, as well as for informing the Guest about services provided by the Company. The personal data may include: surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable); telephone number; e-mail address; passport or other identification document details; residential address; photograph.

    The Guest grants consent to any actions with respect to their personal data that are necessary or desirable for achieving the above purposes, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, use, anonymization, blocking, and destruction of personal data.

    The Company undertakes to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, not to disclose such data to third parties, and to use it solely for the purposes specified above. The Guest has the right to receive information regarding their personal data, as well as to request correction, blocking, and/or deletion thereof.
  • 1.9 As the lawful owner of the Recreation Area and all facilities, equipment, and property located therein, the Company reserves the right to refuse access to services and/or the territory of the Recreation Area to any Guest who violates these Rules and their appendices, without providing additional explanations and without refund of the cost of paid services.
  • 1.10 Any disputes or disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties, including by means of written claims. A written claim submitted by a Guest must be filed on the day the services were provided and accompanied by the relevant payment receipt. The administration of the Recreation Area shall review the claim and provide a written response within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • 1.11 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, including through the submission of written claims, it shall be referred to a court of general jurisdiction in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • 1.12 These Rules are mandatory for all individuals using the services of the Recreation Area, including cases where services are purchased by a legal entity or individual entrepreneur on behalf of such persons.
  • 1.13 The logo and name of the Recreation Area, as used in posters, signs, passes, products, and other Company property, are protected by copyright and may not be used except in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • 1.14 By purchasing and/or using the services of the Recreation Area, the Guest confirms that they have fully read these Rules, agree with them, undertake to comply with them, and accept responsibility established herein. The Guest shall bear sole responsibility for any consequences arising from ignorance or non-compliance with these Rules. The Guest also agrees to comply with all signs, notices, and information boards installed throughout the Recreation Area.
  • 1.15 In the event of a violation of these Rules or any rules governing the use of services and conduct within the Recreation Area, the administration reserves the right to cancel any existing reservations made by the Guest and place the Guest on a restricted-access list ("blacklist"), limiting future access to the Recreation Area.
  • 1.16 The Company shall not be liable for: unused services paid for by the Guest; loss of personal belongings, valuables, documents, cash, sports equipment, membership cards, or payment receipts; injury, illness, or damage to health resulting from the Guest's violation of these Rules; damage caused by third parties. The Guest assumes all risks associated with injury or damage to health occurring during their stay and use of services and agrees to release the Company from any claims, including claims for compensation for personal injury, health damage, moral damages, and related losses.
  • 1.17 The Company shall not be liable for improper performance of its obligations resulting from force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, snowstorms, etc.); civil unrest; military actions; strikes; decisions of governmental authorities; utility outages; emergency repair and restoration works; other similar circumstances beyond the Company's control.

1.18. Key Issuance and Return Procedure

  • 1.18.1 Upon check-in, the Guest shall receive the room or cottage keys at the reception desk.
  • 1.18.2 Upon check-out, the Guest shall return all issued keys to a reception employee.
  • 1.18.3 Failure to return keys upon departure shall be considered a loss of keys.
  • 1.18.4 In the event of loss of keys, the Guest shall reimburse the cost of replacing the lock and producing a new set of keys in accordance with the applicable Rates of the Recreation Area.

1.19. Check-Out Procedure

  • 1.19.1 Official check-out time is 12:00 PM.
  • 1.19.2 If a Guest intends to depart before the established check-out time, they must notify the reception desk at least 30 minutes in advance.
  • 1.19.3 Such notification is required to allow authorized personnel to inspect and accept the room or cottage prior to departure.

2. GUEST ACCOMMODATION RULES

  • 2.1 Guests shall be accommodated in accordance with the maximum occupancy of the selected accommodation unit.
  • 2.2 Accommodation of additional persons exceeding the number of guests allowed for the selected accommodation category is permitted only subject to the availability of additional beds and prior approval by the Provider.
  • 2.3 An additional fee shall be charged for each extra guest in accordance with the Provider's current rates.
  • 2.4 The cost of an extra bed shall be determined in accordance with the current price list and may be clarified on the Provider's official website or through the reservations department.

3. RULES FOR STAYING WITH DOGS

  • 3.1 Accommodation with dogs is permitted only upon prior approval by the Provider.
  • 3.2 Only small-breed dogs with a height at the withers not exceeding 40 (forty) centimeters are allowed.
  • 3.3 Staying with dogs is permitted only in the following accommodation categories: 4-person townhouse; cottage with a capacity of up to 8 (eight) persons.
  • 3.4 When staying with a dog, the Guest shall pay an additional non-refundable fee of UZS 500,000 (five hundred thousand Uzbek soums) for each day of stay.
  • 3.5 In addition, the Guest shall provide a security deposit equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the accommodation cost.
  • 3.6 The non-refundable fee of UZS 500,000 (five hundred thousand Uzbek soums) per day of stay shall not be refunded regardless of the actual duration of stay, early departure, or any other circumstances.
  • 3.7 The security deposit shall be refunded to the Guest after check-out, provided that no damage to the Provider's property is identified.
  • 3.8 If any damage to the Provider's property is identified, the amount of the damage shall be deducted from the security deposit. If the amount of damage exceeds the deposit, the Guest shall reimburse the difference in full.
  • 3.9 The Guest shall bear full financial responsibility for the actions of the animal and for any damage caused to the Provider's property, other guests, or third parties.

4. RULES OF CONDUCT WITHIN THE RECREATION AREA

  • 4.1 Guests shall maintain cleanliness and order throughout the Recreation Area and in all common areas. Disposal of waste in places not designated for such purposes is prohibited.
  • 4.2 If unattended items are discovered, Guests are prohibited from touching, opening, or moving such items. Any suspicious item must be immediately reported to the administration of the Recreation Area.
  • 4.3 The following activities are prohibited within the Recreation Area: operating or launching aircraft, drones, or similar devices without prior approval from the administration and the relevant government authorities; consuming food or alcoholic beverages brought from outside in the restaurant or other food service facilities of the Recreation Area; smoking in restaurants and other areas marked with no-smoking signs; conducting commercial photography or videography without prior written approval from the administration; selling goods, performing services, conducting advertising, marketing, promotional, or other events without prior written approval from the administration. Representatives of the media must conduct their activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • 4.4 It is prohibited to bring onto the territory of the Recreation Area or use: barbecues, grills, charcoal, portable stoves, and other cooking devices; explosive, flammable, toxic, or otherwise hazardous substances; any type of pyrotechnic products, including fireworks and firecrackers.
  • 4.5 Vehicles and self-propelled machinery are prohibited from entering pedestrian areas and other restricted zones.
  • 4.6 The administration shall not be responsible for personal belongings left unattended on the premises.
  • 4.7 These Rules are mandatory for all persons present within the Recreation Area. In the event of a violation, the administration reserves the right to restrict access to facilities and services without compensation for paid services and may refuse future service.
  • 4.8 Check-in time for rooms and cottages begins at 2:00 PM (14:00).
  • 4.9 Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, cottages, balconies, terraces, and inside all hotel buildings. Violation of this rule may result in a fine and reimbursement of costs incurred in eliminating the consequences of the violation.
  • 4.10 All items provided to Guests for use during their stay must remain in the room or cottage until departure. Leaving such items elsewhere on the territory, including gazebos, tapchans, pool areas, and other common spaces, is prohibited.
  • 4.11 Upon departure, rooms and cottages shall be inspected by an authorized employee to verify the condition of the property and the completeness of provided items.
  • 4.12 In the event of loss, damage, deterioration, or absence of any item provided for Guest use, the Guest shall compensate the Recreation Area for the cost of repair, restoration, or replacement.
  • 4.13 Before departure, the Guest must return all keys to the administration. Leaving keys inside the room, cottage, or entrance door is prohibited. Prior to departure, the Guest must ensure that all personal belongings have been collected. The administration shall not be responsible for any belongings left behind. All outstanding charges, including restaurant services and any additional services provided by the Recreation Area, must be paid in full before departure.
  • 4.14 Official check-out time is 12:00 PM (12:00). Rooms and cottages must be vacated no later than this time. Guests remaining after the established check-out time may be charged a late check-out fee or an additional accommodation fee in accordance with the current Rates.
  • 4.15 After surrendering the room or cottage, returning all keys, and paying for all services in full, the administration shall issue a Departure Clearance Form, which must be presented to security personnel when leaving the Recreation Area.
  • 4.16 Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the property of the Recreation Area, including furniture, equipment, household appliances, textiles, landscaping elements, and any other property. The amount of compensation shall be determined based on the cost of repair, restoration, or replacement of the damaged property.

5. PARKING RULES

  • 5.1 The parking area is intended for the temporary parking of vehicles.
  • 5.2 The following vehicles are not permitted in the parking area: vehicles exceeding the maximum dimensions indicated on entrance signage; vehicles leaking fuel, oil, coolant, or brake fluid; vehicles in unsafe or damaged condition; vehicles containing flammable or toxic substances; vehicles without license plates unless accompanied by a valid vehicle purchase agreement.
  • 5.3 Parking facilities operate 24 hours a day.
  • 5.4 Guests may park in any available parking space.
  • 5.5 Parking a vehicle within the Recreation Area does not constitute a storage agreement. The Recreation Area shall not be liable for theft, loss, damage, or incomplete condition of vehicles or property left inside vehicles.
  • 5.6 Guests using the parking area must: follow all traffic directions and parking regulations; move their vehicle upon request of an authorized representative; present vehicle registration documents, purchase agreement (if no license plate is installed), insurance documents, and open the trunk for inspection when requested; keep the parking area clean; park strictly within designated markings; immediately report any fire and take reasonable measures to extinguish it if safe to do so.
  • 5.7 The following are prohibited in the parking area: conducting commercial activities without approval; organizing meetings, promotional events, surveys, or information gathering without approval; posting advertisements, posters, or notices without written permission; blocking entrances, exits, or traffic lanes; parking vehicles with fuel leaks; using open flames; driving faster than 5 km/h; performing repairs; smoking or consuming alcoholic beverages; washing vehicles; leaving vehicles for more than 24 hours; parking near cottages, hotels, or accommodation facilities for more than 10 minutes. Guests may approach cottages or hotel buildings only for passenger drop-off or pick-up, or loading or unloading personal belongings. After completing these activities, the vehicle must immediately be moved to the designated parking area. The administration reserves the right to tow or relocate any unattended vehicle found within the parking area.

6. RESTAURANT RULES

  • 6.1.1 The restaurant operates daily from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
  • 6.1.2 Breakfast is served from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  • 6.2.1 Orders are paid after dining.
  • 6.2.2 No service charge is applied.
  • 6.2.3 Guests consuming their own alcoholic beverages shall be charged an additional fee equal to 20% of the total bill amount.
  • 6.3.1 Bringing and consuming outside food in the restaurant is prohibited.
  • 6.3.2 Storage of guests' food, beverages, or personal belongings in restaurant refrigerators is prohibited.
  • 6.4.1 Smoking inside the restaurant is prohibited.
  • 6.4.2 Entering the restaurant in swimsuits, swim trunks, beachwear, or similar attire is prohibited.
  • 6.4.3 Guests must maintain public order and treat other visitors and staff with respect.
  • 6.4.4 Excessive noise, portable speakers, and any devices disturbing other guests are prohibited.
  • 6.4.5 Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children.
  • 6.5.1 Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant.
  • 6.6.1 Tables may be reserved in advance through the administrator or reception desk.
  • 6.6.2 Upon request, a chef may be invited to a cottage for an additional fee.
  • 6.6.3 Kitchen utensils may be provided for an additional charge in accordance with the current price list.
  • 6.7.1 Any damage, loss, or breakage of dishes, furniture, equipment, or other restaurant property shall be compensated by the Guest in full.
  • 6.7.2 Removing restaurant dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, or other restaurant property to rooms or cottages without administrative approval is prohibited.
  • 6.8.1 The administration reserves the right to refuse service to persons violating these Rules, public order, or causing inconvenience to other guests.
  • 6.8.2 The administration reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons who appear intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic substances.
  • 6.8.3 The administration may require any Guest violating these Rules to leave the restaurant premises.

APPENDIX NO. 1 — LIST OF ITEMS PROVIDED TO GUESTS FOR USE DURING THEIR STAY

  • a) Bath towel — 1 per Guest;
  • b) Hand towel — 1 per Guest;
  • c) Foot towel — 1 per Guest;
  • d) Bathrobe — 1 per Guest (provided seasonally);
  • e) Pool towel — 1 per Guest (provided seasonally);
  • f) Shoehorn — 1 per room or cottage.
  • Note Please be advised that each room or cottage is equipped with certain reusable items for Guest use. These items are the property of the Recreation Area and must be returned upon departure. Guests are responsible for ensuring the safekeeping of the above-listed items throughout their stay. In the event of loss, damage, deterioration, or absence of any item upon check-out, the Guest shall compensate the Recreation Area in accordance with the applicable rates and price list.

APPENDIX NO. 2 — RULES FOR THE USE OF PUBLIC SWIMMING POOLS

  • 1 Swimming pools are open daily from 08:30 AM to 10:00 PM (22:00).
  • 2 Entering the pool area with animals is prohibited.
  • 3 Diving in areas not specifically designated for diving is prohibited.
  • 4 Swimming alone without the presence of other persons is prohibited.
  • 5 Littering within the pool area or adjacent recreation zones is prohibited.
  • 6 Running on pool decks or other wet surfaces is prohibited.
  • 7 Smoking in or near the pool area is prohibited.
  • 8 Relieving oneself in the pool is prohibited. Sanitary facilities (restrooms) must be used for this purpose.
  • 9 Engaging in dangerous games, pushing other visitors, wrestling, jumping onto other persons, or any actions that may endanger others is prohibited.
  • 10 Visitors are advised to wear appropriate pool footwear (slippers or sandals) suitable for wet surfaces.
  • 11 Visitors must exercise caution while moving around pool areas in order to prevent slips, falls, and injuries.
  • 12 Entry into and exit from pools must be made only by means of ladders, steps, and other designated access structures.
  • 13 Minor children are permitted to use the swimming pools only under the continuous supervision of parents, legal guardians, or accompanying adults.
  • 14 Parents and accompanying adults bear full responsibility for the safety and conduct of children under their supervision.
  • 15 Swimming pools may only be used while wearing swimsuits, swim trunks, or other specialized swimwear designed for swimming activities. Outerwear, sportswear not intended for swimming, casual clothing, underwear, and any other clothing not specifically designed for swimming are prohibited.
  • 16 The administration reserves the right to refuse access to the swimming pool or remove any visitor from the pool area for violation of these Rules without compensation for paid services.
